A citricultura mundial tem um importante encontro marcado para 2027. O Brasil sediará dois grandes eventos científicos internacionais que reunirão pesquisadores, especialistas e profissionais de toda a cadeia citrícola para discutir avanços e desafios na manutenção da sanidade dos pomares de citros.
No dia 25 de outubro acontecerá a XXIV Conferência da Organização Internacional de Virologistas de Citros (IOCV), que será seguida pela VIII Conferência Internacional de Pesquisa sobre Huanglongbing (IRCHLB), de 26 a 29 de outubro. Os eventos serão realizados no Multiplan Hall, em Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brasil.
Será uma excelente oportunidade para compartilhar conhecimento, fortalecer a cooperação internacional e discutir soluções para os principais desafios da citricultura mundial, especialmente o Huanglongbing (HLB).

The global citrus industry has an important meeting scheduled for 2027. Brazil will host two major international scientific events that will bring together researchers, specialists, and professionals from across all the citrus chain to discuss advances and challenges in keeping the health of citrus orchards.
On October 25 the XXIV Conference of the International Organization of Citrus Virologists (IOCV) will take place, which will be followed by the VIII International Research Conference on Huanglongbing (IRCHLB), from October 26 to 29. The events will be held at Multiplan Hall in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil.
It will be an excellent opportunity of sharing knowledge, strengthening international cooperation, and discussing solutions to the main challenges facing citrus production worldwide, especially Huanglongbing (HLB).
